The Fox Valley Youth Symphony performs as both an orchestra and also may include smaller chamber groups. The ensemble is comprised of some of the best young performers in the greater Fox Valley area who are selected by audition. The group is dedicated to the performance of the fine orchestral literature. The primary ensemble consists of students in late middle and high school grades (8-12). Exceptions may be made for skilled young performers. Player rotation within sections provides for a variety of challenges for all participants.
